GuardenerAI AI

An AI CRM that does the follow-up, not just the talking.

GuardenerAI AI is the assistant built into the GuardenerAI CRM. It answers questions from the record you are on, looks up the rest of your data, and creates or updates records, tasks, notes and invoices when you ask, with the same permissions you have. Admins can save the team’s best prompts as slash commands, build agents that run as steps in a workflow, and turn their own rules into tools the assistant checks before it answers. It runs on Anthropic’s Claude.

AI

An assistant that knows your business, and does the work.

Ask GuardenerAI from any record: it starts from what you are looking at and looks up the rest. Save your team's best prompts as commands, build agents from the same tools the app uses, and teach them your own policies. It runs on Anthropic's Claude, inside each person's permissions.

Starts from context

On a person, company, lead, opportunity, task or invoice, it already knows what you are looking at.

You stay in charge

Bulk changes run as a preview first, and it asks before it writes anything in bulk.

Talk or type

Dictate a question, mention a file with #, or attach a document for it to read.

Helps you set up

On settings pages it switches to setup: ask how something is configured, or tell it what to change.

In detail

What the AI does, feature by feature.

Everything on this page is in the product today. Nothing here is on a roadmap.

An assistant on every record

Open it from the record you are working on, and it already knows which one that is.

  • It starts from the record in view, with its open tasks and attached file names, on persons, companies, leads, opportunities, tasks, invoices and custom objects.
  • Looks things up across your CRM: search any object by its fields, read a record in full, list related tasks, notes and files, and see a record’s change history.
  • Does the work when you ask: create persons, companies, leads, opportunities, tasks, notes and cases, update fields, convert a lead, add line items, and start or stop a task timer.
  • Invoices on the invoice page: draft one, add lines, submit it for review, approve or reject it.
  • Type, dictate, mention a file with # or attach a document for it to read. Dictation lands as an editable draft and is never sent on its own.

Commands your whole team can use

The prompt your best person writes once becomes a slash command for everyone.

  • Admins write commands with a name, a slash, the prompt behind it and who can use it.
  • Type / in the chat to see the commands and enabled workflows available to you, and run one on the record you are on.
  • Examples teams write: qualify a lead against a checklist, write a handover note, review the week’s pipeline.
  • Only Clear chat comes built in. Every other command is your own, so it follows how your team works.

Agents and custom tools

Build an agent for a recurring job, and teach the assistant your own policies.

  • Agents have a name, instructions, a reasoning effort (Low, Medium or High), the tools they may use and the output they return.
  • An agent runs as a step in a workflow, next to actions such as creating a task or a note. Enabled workflows appear in the slash menu.
  • Custom tools wrap one of your rules, such as a discount policy written as a decision table, so the assistant checks the rule instead of guessing.
  • On the migration page, an assistant profiles your import files, suggests field mappings and runs the import plan.
  • On settings pages it switches to setup: ask how something is configured, or tell it what to change.

You stay in charge

The assistant can only do what the person asking could do themselves.

  • Every action runs under the asker’s own role, and a request the role does not allow is refused.
  • Bulk changes run as a preview first, and the assistant asks before it writes anything in bulk.
  • Changes it makes show up in each record’s history like any other edit.

Hand the busywork to the assistant.

Start free, open any record and ask. It already knows where you are.

FAQ

Fair questions.

What is GuardenerAI AI?
GuardenerAI AI is the assistant built into the GuardenerAI CRM. It answers questions from the record you are on, looks up the rest of your data, and creates or updates records, tasks, notes and invoices when you ask, with the same permissions you have. Admins can save the team’s best prompts as slash commands, build agents that run as steps in a workflow, and turn their own rules into tools the assistant checks before it answers. It runs on Anthropic’s Claude.
What can the AI assistant actually do in the CRM?
It answers questions about the record you are on and searches the rest of your data, then acts when you ask: it creates and updates persons, companies, leads, opportunities, tasks, notes, cases and invoices, converts leads, adds line items and runs bulk changes after a preview. It can also start a workflow and apply an action plan.
Which AI model does GuardenerAI use?
Anthropic’s Claude. When you build an agent you choose a reasoning effort (Low, Medium or High) rather than a model, and GuardenerAI matches that to the right Claude model.
Can the AI change data I am not allowed to change?
No. It acts with the same role and permissions as the person asking, so it can never read or change more than they could themselves.
What is the difference between a command and an agent?
A command is a saved prompt anyone with access runs from the chat by typing a slash. An agent is a configured worker with its own instructions, tools and output, and it runs as a step inside a workflow.
Does the AI read our email?
No. It works from your CRM records, their tasks, notes, files and history, and from documents you attach in the chat.
Is the AI included in every plan?
Yes, including the free plan. Assistant usage counts toward the monthly usage allowance that comes with each plan, and higher plans include more of it.
