Independent brokers and agencies

The CRM for insurance brokers.

GuardenerAI for insurance brokers is a CRM set up around policies and renewals. It keeps each policyholder with their policies, carrier, line of business, annual premium and renewal date, lists upcoming renewals in date order, and reaches clients by email, SMS or WhatsApp from the same records. It is for independent brokers and small agencies that want every renewal worked on time.

A broker’s year is renewals. When policies sit in a carrier portal, the client in a spreadsheet and the conversation in an inbox, renewals get worked late and cross-sell never happens. GuardenerAI keeps the person, every policy they hold and every conversation in one place.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Every policy on the client’s record

Each policy carries its number, insured person, carrier, line of business, status, annual premium, effective date and renewal date, linked to the policyholder it covers.

Renewals in the order they fall due

The Upcoming renewals view sorts every policy by renewal date, so the team works the next ones first instead of finding them late.

Outreach without the copy and paste

Send renewal reminders and check-ins by email, SMS or WhatsApp from the same records, with consent and unsubscribes handled for you.

Spot the gaps in a client’s cover

Every policy names its line of business, so the renewal call is the moment to see who holds home cover without auto and open a cross-sell opportunity on the spot.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Does GuardenerAI connect to carrier systems?
No. Policy details are entered or imported from a CSV file. GuardenerAI is where you work the client and the renewal, not a carrier rating platform.
Can we add our own carriers and lines of business?
Yes. The Insurance Broker template ships with example carriers and six lines of business. Edit the lists, add fields or add objects for claims or quotes.
Can one client hold several policies?
Yes. Each policy is its own record linked to the insured person, so one client can hold any number of policies.
Can we send renewal reminders by SMS or WhatsApp?
Yes. Marketing sends by email, SMS through Twilio, and WhatsApp through Twilio or Meta, and checks consent and unsubscribes at send time.
