Agents, teams and independent brokerages

The CRM for real estate agents.

GuardenerAI for real estate is a CRM set up for agents and small brokerages. It keeps listings with MLS number, seller, property type, status, price and size, runs buyers and sellers through a showing-to-closing transaction pipeline, books showings through booking links, and sends agreements for e-signature from the client’s record. It is for agents and teams who want every lead, listing and deal in one place.

Leads from portals, listings in the MLS, showings in a calendar and paperwork in email. When they live apart, follow-up slips and the deal you should have closed goes to the agent who called back first. GuardenerAI keeps the people, the listings and the transactions together.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Your inventory, properly

Each listing records its MLS number, seller, address, property type, listing status, list price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and listed date, with an All listings view and a Pricing snapshot.

A transaction pipeline you can see

The template adds Showing, Offer Submitted and Under Contract stages to the opportunity board, and a Transaction pipeline view sorted by expected close.

Showings booked without the texting

Share a booking link that only offers the times you are free. Buyers confirm by email, and the showing lands on your Google or Microsoft calendar.

Agreements signed the same day

Send a listing or buyer agreement from the client’s record. They sign on any device, a colleague can countersign, and the sealed PDF is filed on the record.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Does GuardenerAI sync with the MLS?
No. Listings are entered or imported from a CSV file, and the MLS Number field keeps each one tied to its MLS record.
Can buyers and sellers both sign the same agreement?
Each signature request has one customer signer and an optional countersigner from your team. For two buyers, send each their own request.
Can we change the transaction stages?
Yes. Stages are editable in Settings. The Real Estate template adds Showing, Offer Submitted and Under Contract next to the default stages, and you can rename them or add your own.
Where do portal leads come in?
Website enquiries can post straight into GuardenerAI as leads. Leads from other portals can be imported from a CSV export.
