GuardenerAI is provided by GuardenerAI LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we", "us"). We make a customer relationship management platform for small businesses, available at guardenerai.com.
For information about visitors to this website, people who contact us, and the people who sign up and use GuardenerAI, we decide how it is used. This policy describes that use.
For the information our customers store in their workspaces (their own customers, contacts, deals, messages, documents and records), the customer decides how it is used, and we process it on their behalf to run the service. If you are one of our customers' contacts, for example someone who received an email, booked a meeting or signed a document through GuardenerAI, please contact that business about your information. We will help them respond.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent (for analytics cookies and marketing email), and our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The assistant and agents work on the records and files a user asks them to, inside that user's own workspace and permissions. They run on Anthropic's Claude models, hosted within Amazon Web Services. Customer Data and prompts are not used to train these or any other third-party foundation models. Voice input is converted to text with Amazon Web Services.
We use these service providers to run GuardenerAI. Each processes information only on our instructions:
When a customer connects their own services to GuardenerAI, such as a Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, Google or Outlook calendar, an email, SMS or WhatsApp provider, an online store or their own Stripe account, information flows to and from that service on the customer's instructions and under the customer's agreement with that provider.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to it.
GuardenerAI is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. If you use it from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Each customer's workspace is isolated, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We do not use advertising cookies.
We use encryption, workspace isolation, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, sign-in history and lockout after repeated failed sign-ins, and audit records of security-relevant actions. More is on our security page. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers about a breach as the law requires.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict some uses, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom also have the right to complain to their data protection authority.
To make a request, email hello@guardenerai.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. If your information is in a workspace one of our customers controls, we will pass your request to them.
GuardenerAI is a business service for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
