• Customer data you bring. Contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, documents, and financial records you store in your workspace. You control this data; we process it to run the service for you.
• Usage data. Pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected via Google Analytics on this website and in the application.
• Support communications. Emails and messages you send us.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
• To send transactional email (verification, password reset, invitations).
• To respond to support requests.
• To understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal information.

AI features

GuardenerAI's assistant processes the records and documents you ask it to work on inside your own isolated workspace. Your data is not used to train third-party foundation models. AI processing runs on AWS infrastructure (Amazon Bedrock).

Where your data lives

Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Each customer's records live in an isolated, encrypted tenant space. Backups are automated and encrypted.

Subprocessors

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, storage, email delivery, AI processing.
• Stripe: payment processing for invoices you choose to collect through the platform.
• Google Analytics: website and product analytics.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and a Google Analytics cookie to measure usage. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention and deletion

Your workspace data is retained while your account is active. You can export your records at any time. On account termination, workspace data is deleted within [PLACEHOLDER: retention window, e.g. 30 days], except where law requires longer retention.
