Coworking operators, flexible offices and event venues

The CRM for coworking spaces and venues.

GuardenerAI for coworking spaces and venues is a CRM for flexible workspace operators and event venues. It books tours through booking links, runs membership and event enquiries as a pipeline, tracks memberships as a custom object, sends membership and hire agreements for e-signature, and invoices from the same system. It is for operators who fill space through conversations, not a desk-booking system.

Every desk and every event starts as an enquiry and a visit. When tours are booked by email, enquiries sit in an inbox and agreements are signed on paper, good leads go cold. GuardenerAI keeps the enquiry, the tour, the agreement and the invoice in one place.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Tours booked from a link

Prospects pick a tour time from a booking link that only offers the times your community manager is free, synced with Google or Microsoft calendars.

One pipeline for members and events

Membership and event enquiries run as opportunities with stages, value and an owner, so nothing waits in an inbox.

Agreements signed the same day

Send the membership or hire agreement from the contact’s record. They sign on any device and the signed copy is filed on their record.

Invoices beside the member

Raise invoices to member companies and event clients and, on the Max plan, send a Stripe card payment link with them.

How you set it up

Shaped around how coworking spaces and venues actually work.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Can members book desks or meeting rooms?
No. GuardenerAI is not a desk or room booking system. Booking links are for meetings with a person, such as tours. Keep your space-booking tool for desks and rooms.
Does it bill members every month?
There are no recurring invoices. You raise each invoice, and on the Max plan send a card payment link with it. Recurring opportunity lines show monthly value in the pipeline.
Can we track event enquiries separately?
Yes. Use the opportunity Type field to tell membership and event enquiries apart, and save a list view for each.
Is there a template for coworking?
No one-click template. Add a Memberships object in Settings with the plans you sell.
