Training providers, tutoring businesses and private schools

The CRM for training providers and private education.

GuardenerAI for education and training is a CRM for organisations that enrol students on courses. It turns enquiries into enrolments, keeps students, parents and sponsoring employers on linked records, models courses and enrolments as custom objects, and invoices fees from the same system. It is for training providers, tutoring businesses, language schools and small private schools.

Enrolment is a sales process, even if nobody calls it one. Enquiries need answers, open days need follow-up, and fees need collecting. GuardenerAI runs that side so teachers can teach.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Enquiries answered fast

Website enquiries land as leads with their campaign source and sit in a shared queue. When they sign up, the lead converts to a student record and you add the enrolment.

Courses and enrolments as records

Courses and Enrolments custom objects hold start dates, capacity, fees and status, linked to each student and, for corporate training, the employer.

Forms through the portal

Send students admission or intake forms to fill in through the customer portal, with the answers kept on their record.

Fees invoiced and followed up

Invoice students, parents or employers, send Stripe card payment links on the Max plan, and see who still owes in AR aging once accounting is switched on.

How you set it up

Shaped around how education and training actually work.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Is GuardenerAI a learning management system?
No. It handles enquiries, enrolment, communication and fees. Teaching, content and grading stay in your LMS.
Can students and parents log in?
Yes. You can give people access to the customer portal and send them forms to fill in there.
Can I limit places on a course?
You can record capacity on each course. Enrolments are not counted against it automatically, and nothing stops an over-enrolment.
Can employers pay for their staff?
Yes. Link the enrolment to the employer company and invoice the company instead of the student.
