Independent advisors, planners and wealth practices

The CRM for financial advisors.

GuardenerAI for financial advisors is a CRM for managing client households, prospects, review meetings and agreements in one place. It is for independent advisors and small planning practices that want every client relationship and next step visible. It does not hold portfolio data or provide compliance archiving.

An advisory practice grows through referrals and keeps clients through regular, well-prepared reviews. GuardenerAI keeps the household, the people in it, the next review and the open opportunities on one screen.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

The whole household on one record

A custom Households object you create groups the people a plan covers, with the primary client, review month and risk profile on one record.

Reviews that happen on schedule

An action plan lays down the review cycle as dated tasks, and clients book the meeting themselves from your booking link.

A referral pipeline you can see

Leads carry their source, so you see which clients and introducers send the most new households.

Agreements signed without paper

Send client agreements from the person’s record for an electronic signature, with a sealed PDF and an evidence trail.

How you set it up

Shaped around how financial advisors actually work.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Does GuardenerAI connect to custodians or portfolio systems?
No. It manages relationships, reviews, opportunities and agreements. Portfolio and account data stay in the systems built for them; your developers can link records through the Developer API.
Can I model households?
Yes, with custom objects. Create a Households object with the fields you need and link each client person to it.
Can clients book their own review meetings?
Yes. Booking links offer only the times you are free, sync with Google or Microsoft calendars, and let clients confirm, reschedule or cancel by email.
Does it keep a record of client emails?
Connect your mailbox and send from the client record. With Outlook or any IMAP mailbox, replies that match a client are filed on their record automatically; with Gmail, copy or forward mail to your capture address. It is not a compliance archive.
