Independent funeral homes and funeral directors

The CRM for funeral homes.

GuardenerAI for funeral homes is a CRM for independent funeral directors. It keeps each family as person and company records, tracks every arrangement as a custom object, sends arrangement agreements for e-signature, follows every arrangement through with dated tasks, and invoices from the same system. It is for small funeral homes that want nothing about a family’s service to be missed.

Families come to you at the hardest moment, and every detail matters: the service, the people to contact, the paperwork and the account. GuardenerAI gives your team one calm, shared place for each family, so nobody has to ask the same question twice.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

One record for each family

The family’s contacts are persons, and an Arrangements record holds the service type, date, location and status, linked to them.

Agreements signed without a trip

Send the arrangement agreement from the family contact’s record. They sign on any device, the director countersigns, and the sealed PDF is filed on the record.

Every step followed through

An action plan lays down the tasks for each arrangement, from collecting documents to the aftercare call, each with an owner and a date.

Pre-need enquiries remembered

Pre-need conversations run as opportunities with stages, so a family who asked for information hears back when they wanted to.

How you set it up

Shaped around how funeral homes actually work.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Is this funeral home management software?
It is a CRM. It keeps families, arrangements, agreements, follow-up and invoices together, but it does not produce regulatory forms or manage inventory such as caskets.
Can two family members sign the same agreement?
Each request has one signer plus an optional countersigner from your team. If two family members must sign, send a request to each.
Can families pay by card?
On the Max plan, send a Stripe card payment link with the invoice. On other plans, record payments by hand against the invoice.
Can we send follow-up letters automatically?
The aftercare steps arrive as dated tasks for your team, so each family hears from a person rather than an automated email.
