The CRM for home services businesses.

GuardenerAI for home services is a CRM, marketing and invoicing system for residential trades. It keeps each household, its address, its jobs and its invoices on one record, starts from the Field Services template with a ready-made Work Orders object, and brings customers back with email and SMS reminders. It is for owner-run and growing trade businesses that live on repeat work and referrals.

The phone rings, someone writes the job on a pad, the invoice goes out days later and the customer is never heard from again until something breaks. GuardenerAI turns every call into a customer you can bring back: the job, the visit, the bill and the next service reminder, in one place.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Every job on the customer’s record

The Field Services template adds a Work Orders object with service type, status, priority, scheduled and completed dates, technician, service address and quoted amount. Each job links to the household that booked it.

Repeat business that does not depend on memory

Add the customers due a seasonal service to a static segment, and a marketing journey sends the reminder by email or SMS with a booking link, so they pick a time without a phone call.

Get paid before the next job

Raise the invoice to the customer from the same system, and, on the Max plan, send a Stripe card payment link once accounting is switched on for your workspace.

One record per household

Duplicate rules match on a normalised phone number, so the same customer calling from the same mobile is flagged instead of entered twice.

The repeat work, set up once.

Each of these is built from features in the product today. Set them up once and the whole team runs them the same way.

Marketing journey

Seasonal service reminder

  1. Starts when you add customers due a service to your static “Due for service” segment.
  2. Sends an email with your booking link.
  3. Waits five days, then splits on SMS consent.
  4. Sends a short SMS reminder to those who do.
Action plan

New install handover

  1. Day 0: confirm install date with the customer (high priority).
  2. Day 1: order parts.
  3. Day 7: courtesy call after the install.
  4. Day 30: ask for a review and a referral.
Duplicate rule

Same caller, one record

  1. Match persons on a normalised phone number.
  2. Flag the match instead of blocking, so the office can keep working.
  3. Review flagged pairs in the duplicate queue and merge field by field.

Your customer list is the business. Keep it safe.

Customer records sit in your own isolated, encrypted space with an audit trail of every change, and roles decide who in the team can see and edit what.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Does GuardenerAI schedule and route my technicians?
No. It tracks each job, its scheduled date and its technician, and gives the office Open field work and Urgent dispatch views. Route planning and crew scheduling stay in whatever tool you use for that today.
Can customers book a visit themselves?
Yes. Share a booking link with your available hours and booking questions, and the visit lands on your calendar, synced with Google or Microsoft.
Can I send quotes from it?
Not as a separate document type. Work Orders carry a quoted amount, bigger jobs can run as opportunities with line items, and invoices go out once the work is agreed.
Is there a mobile app for the team in the van?
Not a released one today. GuardenerAI is a web app that runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install on office computers.
