Restaurants, private dining and catering companies

The CRM for restaurants and caterers.

GuardenerAI for restaurants and catering is a CRM for the revenue that does not come through the reservation system: private dining and catering enquiries, event proposals and agreements, deposit invoices, corporate accounts, and guest marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp. It sits beside your POS and reservation system rather than replacing them. It is for restaurants and caterers that want more events and more regulars.

A single private event or catering order can be worth a week of covers, yet the enquiry often sits in a shared inbox for days. GuardenerAI turns every event enquiry into a tracked deal with a next step, and keeps corporate clients and regular guests close.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Every event enquiry tracked

Enquiries arrive as leads, convert into opportunities with an event date and value, and move across a board from Enquiry to Confirmed so nothing waits in an inbox.

Event agreements signed the same day

Send the event agreement from the client’s record. They sign on their phone, the manager countersigns, and the sealed PDF is filed on the record.

Deposits invoiced properly

Raise the deposit invoice to the person or company, record the payment, and on the Max plan send a Stripe card payment link with it.

Corporate clients who come back

Keep companies with their bookers and past events, and send seasonal party and catering campaigns to a segment of corporate contacts who consented.

How you set it up

Shaped around how restaurants and catering actually work.

There is no one-click template for this industry, so you add these objects and fields yourself in Settings. It takes an afternoon, and nothing about it is fixed.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Does it replace our POS or reservation system?
No. Keep table bookings and orders where they are. GuardenerAI handles event and catering sales, corporate clients, agreements, deposits and marketing.
Can we send quotes from it?
There is no quote document. Most teams write the menu and price into the event agreement or the deposit invoice.
Can guests pay a deposit by card?
On the Max plan you can send a Stripe card payment link with the deposit invoice. On other plans you record the payment by hand.
Can we import our guest list?
Yes, from a CSV file with a field-mapping step. Import only guests who agreed to hear from you, and their consent is respected on every campaign.
