Early-stage SaaS and B2B companies

The CRM for SaaS and B2B startups.

GuardenerAI for SaaS and B2B startups is a CRM that covers lead capture, the sales pipeline with recurring revenue, demo booking, customer onboarding and support in one system. It is for founder-led and early sales teams who want a real CRM without a per-seat bill or a stack of separate tools.

Early-stage sales is the founder, a spreadsheet and too many tabs. GuardenerAI gives you the pipeline, the demo calendar, the onboarding emails and the support queue on the same records, with an API and MCP server to plug in your own product data.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Attribution from the first touch

Leads keep source, medium, campaign, term and content fields, so you see which channels bring the deals that close.

Pipeline MRR and ARR

Recurring line items carry service dates and monthly value, so every opportunity shows its MRR and ARR next to the deal value.

Demos booked without the back-and-forth

Booking links offer only the times you are free on Google or Microsoft calendars, with questions to qualify the prospect before the call.

Onboarding that runs itself

Add each new customer to an onboarding journey when they sign, and it sends the right email or WhatsApp message at each step, on its own schedule.

How you set it up

Shaped around how saas and b2b startups actually work.

There is no one-click template for this industry, so you add these objects and fields yourself in Settings. It takes an afternoon, and nothing about it is fixed.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Can GuardenerAI bill our subscriptions?
No. It tracks recurring revenue on opportunities and can raise invoices (with card payment links on the Max plan), but it does not run subscription or usage billing. Keep that in your billing system.
Can we push product usage into the CRM?
Yes, through the Developer API. Update custom fields on companies and persons, such as plan or seats, from your own code with a scoped API key.
Can our AI agents work in it?
Yes. The MCP server lets Claude and other agents search, create and update records, add notes and work queues, with the same API keys and permissions.
Is it priced per seat?
No. Paid plans are one price for the whole workspace with unlimited users, so engineers, support and sales can all be in it.
Can we handle support in it?
Yes. Cases have a priority, type, origin and automatic case number, and can sit in shared queues that the team claims from.
