Growers, farm suppliers and agricultural services

The CRM for farm and agricultural businesses.

GuardenerAI for agriculture is a CRM for farm businesses that sell to buyers and other farms: buyer and grower accounts, sales enquiries as opportunities, supply agreements signed online and kept as custom records, and invoices. It is for growers, farm suppliers, contractors and agri-services businesses. It is not farm management software.

Farm businesses run on long relationships and short seasons: the same buyers, merchants and growers year after year, with a rush of orders and agreements at the same time each year. GuardenerAI keeps every account, agreement and conversation on record, so the busy season starts from last year’s notes.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Every buyer and grower in one place

Companies and persons hold each account’s contacts, rating and billing details, with every enquiry as an opportunity and every email you send from the record filed against it.

Agreements as real records

Add a Supply Agreements custom object with the crop or product, season, volume, price and delivery window, linked to the buyer or grower.

Agreements signed in the season

Send the supply agreement from the contact’s record for e-signature. They sign on a phone, and the sealed copy is filed on the record.

Ready for next season

Add last season’s customers to a static segment and send a pre-season email or SMS journey to those who consented.

How you set it up

Shaped around how agriculture and farm businesses actually work.

There is no one-click template for this industry, so you add these objects and fields yourself in Settings. It takes an afternoon, and nothing about it is fixed.
