Residential and commercial solar and battery installers

The CRM for solar installers.

GuardenerAI for solar installers is a CRM that runs each project from first enquiry to finished install: leads and site surveys, proposals as opportunities, contracts signed from the customer record, installs as work orders, and invoices from the same system. It is for small and mid-sized solar, battery and EV charger installers selling to homeowners and businesses.

A solar sale takes weeks: an enquiry, a site survey, a design, a proposal, a signature, then an install crew and a final invoice. When each step lives in a different inbox, deals stall between survey and signature. GuardenerAI keeps every step on the customer, so the office knows exactly where each project stands.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Every enquiry into one pipeline

Web enquiries land as leads with their campaign source. Qualify them, convert the good ones into a person and an opportunity, and follow each proposal through your own stages.

Site surveys booked online

Share a booking link for site surveys that only offers the times your surveyor is free, synced with their Google or Microsoft calendar.

Installs tracked as work orders

The Field Services starter template adds Work Orders with the customer, site contact, service type, status, priority, scheduled date, technician, service address and quoted amount.

Contracts and invoices without the chase

Send the installation contract from the customer record for e-signature, raise the deposit and final invoices, and on the Max plan send a Stripe card payment link with each.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Does GuardenerAI design solar systems?
No. Design and yield modelling stay in your design tool. GuardenerAI handles the customer, the proposal, the contract, the install record and the invoices.
Can it schedule our install crews?
Not as crew scheduling. Each install is a work order with a scheduled date and a technician, and site surveys can be booked through booking links. Rotas and routing stay in your scheduling tool.
Can customers pay a deposit by card?
On the Max plan you connect your own Stripe account and send a card payment link with the deposit invoice. On other plans you raise the invoice and record the payment by hand.
Can we send the proposal from GuardenerAI?
The proposal itself comes from your design tool. Track it as an opportunity with line items, attach the file, and send the installation agreement for signature from the customer record.
