What it does

  • Puts meetings created or booked in GuardenerAI on your Google Calendar.
  • Brings changes back: if a GuardenerAI meeting is moved in Google Calendar the meeting follows, and deleting it there cancels it in GuardenerAI.
  • Reads your other events as busy time only: their start and end remove those slots from your booking links, and nothing else about them is kept.
  • Never writes to an event GuardenerAI did not create.

How to connect it

  1. Open Settings, Calendars and connect Google.
  2. Sign in with the Google account whose calendar you use.
  3. Set your availability and share a booking link.

What it does not do

  • A calendar connection is personal; there is no shared team calendar.
  • Titles, attendees and descriptions of your own events are never copied into GuardenerAI.
  • GuardenerAI does not create Google Meet links. Add a video link to the booking link yourself.

Fair questions.

Will my private appointments show up in the CRM?
No. Only the start and end of your own events are used, to block time on your booking links. The title, attendees and details stay in Google.
What happens if I delete a meeting in Google Calendar?
If the meeting came from GuardenerAI, it is cancelled in GuardenerAI too.
Does it create video meetings?
No. You can put any video link on a booking link and it is shared with the customer.
