Small manufacturers and wholesale distributors

The CRM for manufacturers and wholesalers.

GuardenerAI for manufacturing and wholesale is a B2B CRM for selling to trade accounts. It keeps accounts and their buyers, tracks deals with line items from your price books, including recurring supply agreements with MRR and ARR, and invoices accounts from the same system. It is for small manufacturers and distributors with a sales team of one to twenty.

Trade sales run on relationships with a few hundred accounts and the buyers inside them. When account history lives in a rep’s inbox, the business walks out of the door with the rep. GuardenerAI keeps every account, buyer, deal and invoice where the whole team can see it.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Accounts with every buyer attached

Companies hold rating, firmographics and billing details, with every buyer as a person and every email filed against them.

Deals priced from your price books

Opportunities take line items from multiple price books, each with its own currency, one-time or recurring with service dates, and MRR and ARR worked out.

Territories worked from queues

Put new leads into shared queues by region and let reps claim them, so nothing waits on a single person.

Invoice the account directly

Raise invoices with product, tax and discount lines to the account, and see what is owed in AR aging once accounting is switched on.

How you set it up

Shaped around how manufacturing and wholesale actually work.

There is no one-click template for this industry, so you add these objects and fields yourself in Settings. It takes an afternoon, and nothing about it is fixed.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Does it manage stock or production?
No. GuardenerAI is not an ERP or inventory system. It handles accounts, buyers, deals, invoicing and the ledger alongside your ERP.
Can I connect my online store?
There are connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Squarespace through an e-commerce module that is switched on per workspace. Talk to us about your setup.
Can I sell in more than one currency?
Yes. Each price book and each invoice has its own currency. There is no automatic exchange-rate conversion.
Can our ERP read the data?
Yes. The developer API covers companies, persons, leads and opportunities, and reads invoices and payments.
