Freight brokers, forwarders and couriers

The CRM for logistics and freight companies.

GuardenerAI for logistics is a CRM for the commercial side of freight: shipper accounts, rate requests and lanes as opportunities and custom records, carrier and agent contacts, signed agreements and invoices. It is for small and mid-sized freight brokers, forwarders and courier firms. It is not a transport management system.

Freight is won on relationships and response time. Rate requests arrive by email, lanes are priced in spreadsheets, and the account history lives in a sales rep’s head. GuardenerAI puts shippers, lanes, carriers and agreements on shared records, so the whole desk can quote, follow up and grow accounts.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Every shipper account in one place

Companies hold each shipper’s rating, billing details and contacts, with every rate request as an opportunity and every email you send from the record filed against it.

Lanes as real records

Add a Lanes custom object with origin, destination, mode, equipment, volume and rate, linked to the shipper, so the desk sees what each account moves.

Rate requests that get answered

Each request becomes an opportunity with a value and close date. An action plan lays down the follow-up so no quote goes quiet.

Agreements signed, invoices out

Send shipper agreements and credit terms for e-signature, raise invoices from the same system, and on the Max plan send a Stripe card payment link.

How you set it up

Shaped around how logistics and freight actually work.

There is no one-click template for this industry, so you add these objects and fields yourself in Settings. It takes an afternoon, and nothing about it is fixed.

Action plan

Quote follow-up

  1. Day 0: send the quote (high priority).
  2. Day 1: call to confirm it reached the right person.
  3. Day 4: follow up on rate or transit questions.
  4. Day 10: ask for the first load.

Lost-quote analysis

  1. Source: opportunities closed between two dates you pick.
  2. Group by lost reason.
  3. See whether you lose on price, transit time or capacity.
Signature template

Shipper agreement

  1. Write the agreement and credit terms once, with the contact’s name and your company name merged in.
  2. The shipper signs on any device.
  3. Your commercial lead countersigns; the sealed PDF is filed on the contact.

Your book of business, kept in house.

Shipper, carrier and rate records live in your own isolated, encrypted space with an audit trail, so the accounts stay with the company when people move on.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Is GuardenerAI a TMS?
No. Load tendering, tracking, dispatch and carrier payments stay in your transport management system. GuardenerAI handles accounts, rate requests, agreements and invoicing.
Can it track shipments?
No. There is no tracking. You can keep a reference on the lane or opportunity and link to your tracking system.
Can our TMS write to GuardenerAI?
The REST API can create and update companies, persons, opportunities and other records with an API key, so a developer can sync key data from your own systems.
Can customers pay invoices by card?
On the Max plan, through a Stripe card payment link. On other plans, you record bank transfers and other payments by hand.
