No. Job costing, imposition and production scheduling stay in your print MIS. GuardenerAI handles customers, enquiries, approvals and invoicing.
Can I send quotes from it?
Not as a separate quote document. Price each enquiry as an opportunity with line items and send the price in your email from the record.
Can customers pay before collection?
On the Max plan, send a Stripe card payment link with the invoice. On other plans, record the payment by hand.
Can several people approve one proof?
One customer signer plus an optional countersignature from your team. Send a separate request to each extra approver.
