Groomers, dog walkers, trainers, sitters and boarding

The CRM for pet services businesses.

GuardenerAI for pet services is a CRM for keeping owners and their pets in one place, taking bookings through links, getting service agreements signed online, sending rebooking reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp and invoicing for the work. It is for groomers, dog walkers, trainers, sitters and small boarding businesses that run on repeat customers.

Pet businesses live on regulars. The owner whose dog comes every six weeks, the client who books walks every weekday. When those details live in a phone and a paper diary, regulars drift away quietly. GuardenerAI keeps the owner, the pet and the next visit together.

What this usually looks like today.

What changes

One system, doing the work with you.

Every owner with their pets attached

A custom Pets object holds name, breed, age and care notes, linked to the owner, so anyone on the team knows who they are walking or grooming.

Bookings without the back and forth

Share a booking link per service, such as a meet-and-greet or a groom, that only offers times you are free in your Google or Microsoft calendar.

Agreements signed before the first visit

Send a service agreement or waiver from the owner’s record. They sign on their phone and the sealed PDF is filed on their record.

Regulars who keep coming back

Add owners due a groom to a static segment and a journey sends the reminder by email or SMS, only to people who consented to that channel.

How you set it up

Shaped around how pet services actually work.

There is no one-click template for this industry, so you add these objects and fields yourself in Settings. It takes an afternoon, and nothing about it is fixed.

The repeat work, set up once.

Marketing journey

Rebook reminder

  1. Add owners due a groom to a static segment each week.
  2. Send an email with the booking link.
  3. Wait three days, then split on SMS consent.
  4. Send a short SMS to those who opted in to texts.
Action plan

New client welcome

  1. Day 0: send the agreement and ask for vet details (high priority).
  2. Day 1: meet-and-greet visit.
  3. Day 7: check-in call after the first service.

Client details kept safe.

Owners’ details and home addresses live in your own isolated, encrypted space with an audit trail, and roles decide who on the team can see what.

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Can I keep several pets per owner?
Yes. Create a Pets object with a lookup field to the owner, and add as many pets as a household has.
Can it manage boarding capacity or kennel space?
No. Booking links are per team member with no capacity or room booking. Keep a capacity system if you board many animals.
Can owners pay by card?
On the Max plan you can send a Stripe card payment link with any invoice. On other plans you raise the invoice and record payments by hand.
Can reminders go out automatically when a pet is due?
Not from a date on the pet record. Your team adds owners who are due to a segment, and the journey sends the reminder from there.
